（1929——2009年12月26日）黑龙江省阿城平山人。1948年毕业于（前延安鲁艺）东北画报社美术训练班。50年代受教于地方 美术学院吴作人先生，并在前苏联专家油画进修班学习。现为中国美术家协会会员、中国油画学会理事、中国老教授协会会员，中国人民解放军艺术学院美术系教授。多次参加北京国际艺苑美术馆举办的联展、个展和中国油画年展、中国油画学会展、中国油画展、中国风景油画展。
1957年“第1 届全国青年美术作品展”，“建军三十周年美术作品展”。1979年和1983年举办个展。1984年“黑龙江省博物馆张钦若作品收藏展”。1985年“中国当代油画展”(阿尔及利亚)。1986年“北京市美术作品展”，“北京国际艺苑第二届油画展”。1987年“建军5 十周年美术作品展”，“首届中国油画展”，“土耳其双年展”。1988年“个人作品展”。1989年“首都师范大学亚欧艺术展”。1990年“首届中国风景油画约请 展”，“中国风情油画展”。1992年“中国油画展”，“首届中国油画年展”。1994年“第二届中国油画年展”。1995年“台湾国际博览会四大联展”。1996年“中国油画学会展”。1997年“四人联展”。1998年“张钦若王景岚油画作品联展”，“当代中国山水画油画风景展”。1999年“第九届全国美展”。2000年“二十世纪中国油画展”。2001年“四人联展”，“个人作品展”。作品曾赴日本、美国、土耳其、印度、新加坡等国家展出。《中国美术家全集》等大型油画集、国内外专业性报刊、图书及光盘，入选多种名人辞典。部分作品被中国美术馆、军事博物馆及国内外收藏。出版作品《张钦若油画集》、《张钦若油画作品选》、《张钦若故乡行油画作品集》。代表作品《海边》、《雪原》、《山潭》、《风清》、《老树红岩》。
