阳建德(1923.6—1994.8)别名碧鸣，广西桂林人。擅长油画、水彩画。历任部队文工团员、军政治部文明 处美术组副组长、桂林地区《前进报》美术编辑，广西科技馆美术设计。作品有水粉画《密林丛中》、年画《送公粮》、油画《热浪滚滚涌前沿》等。
