董智敏　笔名冬敏、纪敏，1957年生，山西芮城人。擅长中国画。1977年考入山西大学艺术系中国画专业。1982年任太钢第三中学、第5 中学美术教师；1984年任山西人民出版社美术编辑、副编审。曾从事美术出版工作20余年，出版发表各类著作 及美术评论50余万字。国画、壁画等作品入选六届、八届、十届、十1 届全国美展。曾获中国优秀美术图书编辑奖、中国图书奖、中国优秀艺术图书奖、第5 届中国优秀图书设计金奖，作品中国画《雪打灯》(合作)入选第六届全国美展；装帧设计《中华古训蒙学丛书》入选全国第四届书籍装帧展；《中国古代 版画史》获全国第5 届书籍装帧展1 等奖。连环画《小林在台北》等。
