1993年创立深圳雅昌彩色印刷无限 公司，如今，这个当年员工总数不足30人的小制版公司，已迅猛发展 成为员工千余人，集摄影、平面设计、电分制版、彩色印刷、书刊装订、包装加工、印刷设备供应、多媒体创意制造 、艺术资讯网络服务等为1 体的、综合性的古代 化印刷管理集团。为表彰万捷先生对我国印刷企业管理模式的探索所做的特殊贡献，中国印刷技术协会授予万捷先生印刷企业管理最高荣誉“森泽信夫印刷奖”1 等奖。

1992年离开美光，出任某港资公司总经理

2000年获深圳特区印刷业发展20年杰出成就奖，同年，当选深圳第三届政治协商会议委员会委员

2000 年12月，在[第十二届香港印制大奖]赛上，深圳雅昌彩色印刷无限 公司印制的《敦煌》荣获“SMEloan全场大奖”和 “书刊印刷（精装）冠军奖”，《中国摄影》荣获“杂志类印刷冠军奖”

2001年元月，北京2008年奥运会申办委员会确认深圳雅昌彩色印刷无限 公司为《申奥报告》指定印制单位。现为必胜专家

2001年被中国民主同盟广东省委员会授予先进个人称号

2012年获得“2012中华文明 人物”称号，2016年5月获得全国5 1 劳动奖章 

2014年10月29日，万捷董事长正式受聘为故宫学院副院长。 

2016年12月，当选中国文学艺术界联合会第十届全委会委员 

2005年7月，由雅昌印制的《西夏文物》荣获第55届“美国印制大奖”BennyAward金奖。这是雅昌公司继2003年凭《梅兰芳藏戏曲史料图集》摘取被誉为全球印刷界“奥斯卡”的BennyAward金奖以来，再次荣膺该项国际大奖。2005年4月20日，在全国第八届毕印刷技术奖颁奖典礼 上，万捷荣获最高奖项“毕升印刷奖”。连续5年获取“香港印制大奖”三十四项大奖。2 005年11月17日，雅昌企业(集团)无限 公司成为深圳文明 产业示范基地之1 ，文明 资产数字信息处理是其重头戏。万捷表示：“做1 个能做最优秀印刷品的文明 产业公司，我们扎扎实实地做到了。”

雅昌首创了“中国艺术品拍卖市场行情发布零碎 ”，建立了世界上独1 无二的中国艺术品拍卖市场数据库、艺术家及作品数据库、书画印鉴数据库、画谱收录书画著录数据库四大数据库；并以此为基础，通过科学计算和概率统计方法生成1 系列雅昌艺术市场指数，包括成分指数、分类指数、个人作品成交价格指数等三大类艺术品市场指数。

  Wan Jie-Chairman of Yachang Culture Group, male, engineer, was born in Beijing in 1962 and graduated from the Beijing Printing Institute in 1984. After graduation, he resigned from the "iron rice bowl" job of the original distribution unit and was recruited by Shenzhen Meizhuang Printing Company.

In 1993, Yachang Color Printing Co., Ltd. was established in Shenzhen. Today, this small plate company with a total staff of less than 30 people has rapidly developed into more than 1,000 employees. A comprehensive modern printing management group integrating photography, graphic design, electronic printing, color printing, book binding, packaging processing, printing equipment supply, multimedia creative production, and art information network services. In recognition of Mr. Wanjie's special contribution to the exploration of the management model of China's printing enterprises, the China Printing Technology Association awarded Mr. Wanjie with the first prize of the highest honor in the management of printing enterprises, the Senze Printing Award.
