燕飞1941年生，别名燕志发，擅长油画、舞美设计。
本籍 河南济源，生于陕西兴平。
1962年毕业于西安美术学院附中，1973年毕业于地方 戏剧学院舞台美术系美术设计专业，
后供职于兰州军区战役 话剧团，
现任话剧团舞台美术队教导员和美术设计，二级美术师。
中国美术家协会会员。
擅长舞台美术，兼及版画、油画。
油画《昨天的驻地》入选庆祝建军60周年美展，《青山隐古寺》入选首届中国油画展；版画《在西部草原上》获全国首届风俗画大奖赛优秀奖。
