张启亚(1923.3—1995.4)别名施阑，河北沧州人。擅长绘画、美术理论。早年从事漫画、中国画创作，多年从事出版编辑工作，曾任华北新华书店总店出版设计，人民出版社书籍装帧设计，文物出版社编审。论文有《文人画的思想基础》、《论中国画的灵魂——哲理性》、《山水画产生的思想根源》、《中国画的表意特征》等。
