常锐伦(1939.3—)河北抚宁人。擅长绘画、美术教育。1960年毕业于北京艺术师范学院美术系。首都师范大学美术系教授。作品有《小厂面貌日日新》、《渔莲满塘》、《砍蕉图》等。出版有《中学美术教学》、《绘画构图学》、《美术学科教育学》等。主编有《中等师范学校美术教科书》、《中国中学教学百科全书·美术分卷》等。
