蒙彩霞(1940.3—)别名蒙懿，女，陕西泾阳人。擅长雕塑。1956年入东南 艺专附中，1964年毕业于西安美术学院雕塑系。任西安市园林美化工程师，1984年入陕西省雕塑院任艺术指点 。陕西美协雕塑艺术委员会主任。作品入选第六、七、八届全国美展，获全国、地区和省展奖十余项，作品有《夏夜〉、《聚集·流通》、《暖洋洋》、《女儿》，城雕作品《虹》、《聚变》、《千古1 帝——秦始皇》等作品收入《中国当代女雕塑家作品全集 》、《中国古代 美术全集·雕塑卷》等。
