黄少华（1956.7—），安徽蚌埠人。安徽师范大学美术系毕业、入北京画院学习、中国美术家协会会员、2004年度“安徽省优秀教师”、安徽省合肥师范学院中国画艺术研讨 所所长、安徽教育学院艺术系教授，安徽省第十1 届人大常委会委员、享用 政府特殊津贴、中国知名女画家。以村女写生，民间夸张，牧歌田园等，饮誉画界。曾师从周思聪、卢沉等先生。
其画作综集绘画、文学、书法、篆刻、雕塑、木刻、剪纸等为1 体。“胖女”、“闲姑”、“鸭”、“牛”、“鱼”、“羊”、“板栗”、“玉米”等，皆可入画，且拙厚秀朴，若皓月吐华，心墨生翅，梦乡争美，桃源嘉嘉。“她的作品既有开拓性，又富中国人的情趣”（韩国著名美术评论家崔炳植）。
耿耿童心，掾笔书魂，志存高远，其曾以上乘之作《故土》、《中华女杰》、《村花》、《沁》等作品，入选第六、七、八、九届“全国美展”、“百年中国画展”、“亚洲女画家作品展”、“世界女画家作品展”、“世纪之光中国画提名展”、“全国首届中国山水画展”、“第十次全国新人新作展”等国内外大展。
其中，作品《故土》写实相生，稚拙朴厚，获第六届全国美展优秀奖；《村花》闲憩恬淡，倾情高洁，获第八届全国美展优秀奖。还有画作《沁》，获第九届全国美展铜牌奖；精作《融》，获亚洲女画家作品展优秀奖；《绿叶山庄》获全国首届中国山水画展优秀奖。

作品分别入编《百年中国画集》、《l9791 l999中国当代美术》、《中国古代 人物画全集》、《当代中国画精品·人物卷》等文献本大型画册。出版有《少华贤道人物写生》、《黄少华作品专辑》、《黄少华画集》、《梦乡·黄少华作品选》、《黄少华作品集》等。
曾于中国美术馆、法国巴黎、泰国曼谷、新加坡、加拿大等地举办个人画展。
