崔国琦（1954.8—）河南兰考人。擅长雕塑。1975年毕业于郑州师范学校。1998年后历任河南省民协艺委会副主任、河南省美协雕塑艺委会副秘书长，郑州市文联民间文艺家协会秘书长。
