李学斌，山东省日照市人。1993年毕业于景德镇陶瓷学院雕塑专业获文学学士学位。1999年结业于地方 美术学院雕塑系研讨 生课程班.2003年，获教育部留学基金委赴俄罗斯留学攻读雕塑硕士学位奖学金。2006年7月，获雕塑硕士学位。留学期间，被俄罗斯国立师范大学收藏素描速写，学习进修于列宾美院.在个人作品展的开幕式上俄罗斯国家电视台专程采访.俄罗斯博物馆网站、圣彼得堡美术家协会网站登陆了作品及艺术介绍。
