西丁(1933.5—)原名陈懋林，四川邛崃人。擅长漫画、中国画。1953年毕业于成都艺专。曾任中国美术家协会陕西分会副主席兼秘书长。二级美术师。作品有《心胸》、《乡音不香》、《喧宾夺主》等。
