吕鸿群，女，1967年12月生，黑龙江人。职业漫画家。中国美术家协会会员。和先生张新华成立“鸿群新华画室”并在北京市四个区开办六个漫画课堂。2006年末北京漫画课堂先生 王明玥、李佳琦的漫画作品同时分别获得被称为漫画“奥斯卡”奖、漫画“奥林匹克赛”的第28届日本读卖旧事 国际漫画大奖赛海外少儿特别奖（世界共有七十多个国家参加，在只要 5 人获此殊荣中占两席）。在中国美术出版总社《儿童漫画》杂志上主讲面向全国少年儿童开办的“鸿群老师讲漫画”专栏。
