江沛扬,男，1930年8月生，广东省南海县人。高级工艺美术师。
1930年8月出生于广州1 个书香世家，客籍 南海县，在澳门、香港读过小学。自幼受毕业于广州市立美术学校图案系的母亲影响，并师从广东著名漫画家叶因泉。读中学时开始画漫画，1949年5月第1 幅漫画处女作发表于香港星岛日报。50年代初在中山大学中文系深造，并担任该校文工团美术组长。其后在广东省盐务局当过机关刊物编辑。60年代参加由漫画大师廖冰兄担任艺术指点 的"广州市群众漫画小组"，举办过《江沛扬、雷祖舜、翁英才、阮治中四人漫画展》。80年代前后 举办过《廖冰兄、黄伟强、曾铖、江沛扬、谭裕钊、黎耀石六人漫画展》（广州）、《徐德志、江沛扬、庄锡龙漫画展》（深圳）、《江沛扬漫画展》（佛山）等。
作品有《森林交响曲》、《立竿见影》、《怎样 不动》入选第六届全国美展和全国漫画展等。半个世纪以来在国内外发表漫画二千余件，多次参加全国、全省美展及比利时国际漫画展。出版有《江沛扬等四个专业 漫画选》、《我长大了》、《南枪北剑集》（马良配诗）、《江沛扬漫画--1949至1999年作品选》等。
全部 80年代在广东省轻工业品进出口（集团）公司担任美工科长、高级工艺美术师，并历任《剑花》漫画报编委、广州市文联委员。现任广东省美术家协会漫画艺委员会主任、广东漫画学会会长，是全国和广东省美术家协会会员。
