陈树斌(1938.12—)别名方唐，广东中山人。现为《羊城晚报》主任编辑、中国美协漫画艺术委员会委员、广东美协常务理事、广东漫画学会名誉会长、广东画院特聘画家、广东省文史馆馆员、曾任广东省第七、八届政协委员，前后 在国内20多家报刊开设漫画专栏。擅长漫画。
1956年至1979年从事省市博览会 设计和绘画工作，1980年任《羊城晚报》美术编辑，绘作旧事 漫画，该专栏获1984年全国好旧事 漫画荣誉奖状；1983年获全国足球漫画比赛1 等奖；1981年获日本国际漫画赛特别奖；1986年获该比赛主题金奖；1985年又获佳作奖；1983年获意大利体育漫画国际赛奖状；1985年获保加利亚
布罗澳国际幽默节漫画展奖状。1984年出版《中国幽默画、陈树斌作品选》。《县长又微服出巡了》和《美满 》分别获得1999和2001年度的全国旧事 漫画年赛金奖。《北京烤鸭》曾被美国《旧事 周刊》及德国《明镜》杂志刊登，成为中国街头漫画艺术的代表。获广东鲁迅文艺特别奖、广东优秀中青年专家称号。前后 出版：《中国漫画书集》、《方唐世界》、《漫画足球》、《何先生别史 》等。创作中国体育史上第1 个吉祥物“阳阳”。
