齐辛民，原名齐新民，1935年生于山东淄博，1963年毕业于山东艺专（山东艺术学院前身），现定居北京。中国美术家协会会员、地方 美术学院客座教授、淄博画院名誉院长、美协名誉主席，国家1 级美术师。
