杜崇刚(1963.6—)山东潍坊人。擅长油画、水彩画。1985年毕业于山东艺术学院。如今 济南工艺美术学校任教。油画《黎明》(合作)入选纪念建军60周年全军美展，水彩《随唐遗韵》入选第九届全国美展，水彩《多梦时节》入选第四届全国水彩、粉画展。出版有《色彩静物技法实例》。
