张辛题:男，中国吴江人。1951年5月生。1977年毕业于苏州丝绸工学院，1979年结业于地方 工艺美术学院。现为吴江市美术家协会主席，江苏省美术家协会会员。
其作品《水流年》入选“第九届全国美术作品展览”；《素装》入选“第三届全国水彩水粉画展览”；
《秋水无声》入选“97中国青年水彩画展”和“第七届中国水彩画大展”；《乡道残雪》获“97中国青年水彩画展”和“第
七届中国水彩画大展”；《乡道残雪》获“1997年江苏省水彩画年展”金奖。《秋水无声》2000年被江苏省美术馆收藏。
作品《老宅》入选“1995年第三届国际水彩画联盟世界水彩画大展”。作品分别在美国、加拿大、意大利、法国、韩国、日本
、马来西亚、台湾、香港等地展览并广为收藏。
1996年在苏州举办“张辛题水彩画展”，1993年在乎 大利米兰举办小型个人画展。2007年应邀参加法国布尔昂-雅里昂市“第58届艺术沙龙展”
2003年由北京工艺美术出版社出版《张辛题水彩画作品》集；2004年由荣宝斋出版社出版由张辛题绘画的大型画册《中国丝都--盛泽旧影》；2006年由上海文艺出版社出版《当代吴江美术家张辛题水彩画作品集》。
