1971年出生于浙江武义。1994年毕业于温州师范学院美术系，1995和1999年分别在清华大学美术学院、中国美术学院进修。举办个人画展三次，有百余幅作品在《美术报》、《中国水彩》等各类刊物发表，出版有《中国当代美术家包剑良水彩》画集。作品入选由中国美术家协会主办的画展四次、其中获全国奖1 次。

Was born in Zhejiang Wu Yi 1971. Was graduated from faculty of art of institute of lukewarm state normal school 1994, 1995 and was in Tsinghua university respectively 1999 attend in a advanced studies of academy of fine arts, China academy of fine arts.
