邓绍义(1939.6—)别名奇山，重庆人。
擅长油画、水彩、水墨。1964年毕业于四川美术学院油画系。现任重庆歌剧院高级美术师、重庆油画研讨 会会长。中国美术家协会会员、重庆市美术家协会会员，曾任中国舞美学会理事。
作品《山歌》被评为全国高等美术院校优秀作品，《1 切权力归农会》被中国革命博物馆收藏，《我们见到了毛主席》为建国25周年优秀作品，三峡油画系列作品有《神女》、《夜泊巫山峡》、《西陵峡夕照》、《三峡石》等。水彩画《静湖》、《晨》被中国展览公司收藏。?
1964年所作毕业创作《唱支山歌给党听》（油画）被评当年全国高等院校最优秀作品之1 ，1966年在中国革命博物馆创作历史画《1 切权力归农会》。1974年创作油画《我们见到了毛主席》作品在全国32个报刊、画报、美术史书、电子网上发表，并于2001年12月在北京荣宝斋拍卖公司以高价拍出，1987年在北京画店举办个展。1996年至2004年创作三峡系列油画，水墨画等，其中油画神女77《三峡石》、《夜泊巫峡》水墨画《长江大三峡全景图》长卷。《巫山小三峡长卷》、《三峡六景精选》、《七景精选》等被国外教授，美术馆，社会名人，公司总裁等收藏，并于2000年在美国加州举办《长江三峡》个人画展。十年来销售各类作品1500多件。舞美创作方面，设计、绘制歌剧、舞剧、杂技等舞台美术三十多个其中舞蹈《生命不息、冲锋不止》获市调演1 等奖，1984年歌剧《火把节》获文明 部发布的绘景奖，歌剧《哭嫁的新娘》获省调演二等美设奖。
