周光辉（周洸辉），1945年5月生。中国美术家协会会员、文华阁书画院专职画家，擅长焦墨山水画。

曾获世界文明 艺术交流功勋金奖；作品在法国（巴黎）、英国（伦

敦）、意大利（米兰）、捷克斯洛伐克、澳大利亚、日本、韩国等国家展出。

作品参加香港海内外书画名家作品展、“金鼎奖”全国书法美术大展、中华名人”全国书法美术作品展、“盛世中华”全国书法美术作品展、奥林匹克书画艺术特展、中国共产党成立九十周年全国名人名家书画作品约请 展等展览活动。

作品被文明 部、国家文物局、地方 电视台、国家发改委等机构收藏。

 Zhou Guanghui, born in May 1945. He is a member of China Artists Association and a full-time painter of Wenhuage calligraphy and painting academy, and is good at Jiaomo landscape painting.

He has won the gold medal of world cultural and artistic exchange, and his works are in France (Paris) and England (London)

It is exhibited in Italy (Milan), Czechoslovakia, Australia, Japan, South Korea and other countries.

His works have participated in the exhibition activities such as the works exhibition of famous calligraphers and painters at home and abroad in Hong Kong, "Golden Tripod Award" national calligraphy and art exhibition, the national calligraphy and art works exhibition of "Chinese celebrities", the national calligraphy and art works exhibition of "prosperous China", the special exhibition of Olympic calligraphy and painting art, and the invitation exhibition of famous calligraphers and painters at the ninetieth anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.

The works are collected by the Ministry of culture, the State Administration of cultural relics, CCTV, the national development and Reform Commission and other institutions.
