黄里(1941.5—)浙江余姚人。擅长油画。1960年毕业于地方 美院附中，1965年毕业于地方 美术学院油画系。邮电部邮票发行总局邮票设计师。作品有《北方的核桃树》、《雨后池塘》，设计有《首届中国艺术节奖杯》等。
