陈旭，（1962年生）辽宁省宽甸人，1984年考入鲁迅美术学院油画系，1989年毕业，获学士学位并留校任教。现为鲁迅美术学院油画系第二工作室副教授，中国美术家协会会员，中国油画学会会员。
油画《1 样的季节》入选纪念毛泽东同志《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》发表50周年全国美术作品展览，并获辽宁省美展二等奖（1992年）；
油画《暖风》入选东北当代油画展（1993年）；
油画《红色回忆》入选第二届中国油画展（1993年）；
油画《暖风吹来》入选第八届全国美术作品展览（1994年）；
油画《夏日九七》入选中国“走向新世纪——全国青年美展”（1997年）；
