田崴(1957.7—)别名田岳生，河南滑县人。擅长油画。1972年入郑州师范专科学校学习。1983年于广州美术学院进修。历任中学美术教师、河南中州大学美术讲师。作品有《成材》、《开拓者》、《世界语创始人柴门霍夫肖像》等入选全国美展。
