关森曾用名：关山关忠宏。男，满族，辽宁丹东人。1974年11月出生。1998年毕业于地方 美术学院；中国美术家协会会员。现任丹东青年美协主席，文联名誉主席。油画作品发表于《美术大观》、《中国油画》、《美术》、《美苑》等刊物，作品多次被海内外收藏家、画廊、收购拍卖。2007年入住北京宋庄画家村。
