陈明华，1962年生于福建省连江县，现为中国美术家协会会员、中国水彩画家协会会员、连江县美协主席。1982年考入福建工艺美术学校，1990年进入地方 美院进行油画专业学习。
作品在《中国油画》、《艺术家》、《第二届中国油画展作品集》、《97中国水彩画册》、《世界名人录》、《中国当代艺术家名人大辞典》、《当代水彩画家——陈明华作品集》、《全国首届小幅水彩画展作品集》等艺术界知名刊物上发表。
1986年入选在上海美术馆的全国首届水彩粉画展
1987年入选在中国美术馆的中国油画展
1989年入选在中国美术馆的中国第八届美术作品展
1996年入选在福建省美术馆的亚太地区“漂移”群体美术展
1997年在中国美术馆获中国第二届静物油画展中获1 等奖
