雷必农(1930.1—2001.1)陕西耀县人。擅长油画。1953年毕业于河北师范学院美术系。历任华中师范学院、湖北艺术学院教师，湖北省美术院专业画家。作品有《浪花》，《西江畅想曲》、《武当胜景》等。
