陈畏（1968-)北京市人。
1991年北京师范学院美术系油画专业毕业
1996年首都师范大学美术系研讨 生毕业，硕士学位。
现任教于首都师大美术系，中国美术家协会会员。
中国油画学会会员。
其作品曾参加第八届全国美展等多种全国性展览，并在刊物上发表，多幅作品为海内外人士所收藏。
油画《农家新乐》入选第二届全国体育美展、《草原赛马会》入选第5 届全国体育美展、《冬日的黄草塘》入选第八届全国美展。
