蔚学高(1944.1—)山西文水人。擅长中国画、油画。中学毕业后不断 从事美术工作，现任文水县文联主席，副研讨 馆员。作品油画《抗日烽火 炼红心》参加纪念讲话三十周年全国美展；作品有国画《再创高产》、《新居》、《塬上曙色》、《交城山》(合作)等。
