傅训淳，大学本科，1953年生于浙江杭州。早年（在黑龙江支边）被选派去天津艺术学院（现天津美院）进修学习，并担任中学的美术教师，同时从事艺术、宣扬 等方面的基础工作。现为浙江省美术家协会会员、浙江省国际美术交流协会艺术顾问、浙江开明画院院委及院油画专业委员会副主任、特聘画师、浙江省政协诗书画之友社副理事长、浙江省机关书画家协会副秘书长等。作品参展和获奖于省市各类画展及国际书画展。
