樊运琪(1941.2—)山东济宁人。擅长油画、中国画、年画。1963年毕业于山东艺术专科学校师资系美术专业。历任济宁市群众艺术馆调研员、研讨 馆员，济宁市美术家协会名誉主席，山东画院高级画师。油画《控诉》，年画《台湾小朋友你好》分别入选第四、六届全国美展，中国画《孔子周游列国》入选金彩奖、牡丹杯全国书画作品评选展；《黄河英姿 》入选中国黄河魂艺术大展。出版有《樊运琪作品集》等。
