徐尚馨，曾用名徐毅，笔名风野，安徽合肥人。1952年毕业于国立南京大学美术系。曾任教于安徽省巢湖市第1 中学、安徽淮南师范专科学校，安徽六安师范专科学校，1978年调回淮南师专美术系任系主任，并为淮南市美协副主席，市政协委员，市文联委员。1981年任安徽农学院林学系副教授，城市绿化、园林设计专业教研室主任。中国美术家协会会员，安徽省高等院校美术研讨 会副会长，省外型 艺术美学会副会长，省审美教育研讨 会理事。兼擅油画、版画、水彩画等。
作品有版画《春》、《沸腾的电厂》，水彩画《蜀山春色》等。历史画《南京条约》等为南京博物馆收藏。合作编者有《安徽省师范美术教材》、《安徽省中学美术课本》、《安徽省小学美术课本》等教材多种。《人民教育家陶行知》画册(合编)获省社会科学联合会颁发1978—1985年度优秀成果三等奖。《包河公园》、《大蜀山之秋》、《春帆》等。曾参加近百年历史画及太平天国历史画创作如：《火烧圆明园》、《广州农民抗击英国雅片 商船》、《女兵》。
