陈若晖，1948年生，福建福州人。中国美术家协会会员，国家1 级美术师，福建省东方画院院长。原任福建青年社社长。福建省美协常务理事，福建省青年美协荣誉主席。
长时间 从事美术创作与装帧设计，师从于国内书画界诸大家，作品自成风格，广受好评。
作品《桥》、《太阳礼赞》、《家乡茶》、《回归雁》、《在海滩上》等参加全国展览并获奖。有不少作品被《美术》《美术观察》《中国美术》等海内外报刊选登。出版有《陈若晖画集》、《中国当代书画名家陈若晖专辑》、《陈若晖扇画艺术》、《陈若晖翰墨花鸟辑》、《中国美术家协会会员精品选陈若晖专辑》及编著《中外插图艺术》等。
1995年应邀率团赴台湾采访并在台北举办美术联展；1996年应邀赴新加坡举办个展；1998年应邀赴日本举办个展；1999年以来赴欧、美、澳、非等洲的多个国家考察、交流；2002年以来赴美、澳、新等国参观、访问。个人传略收入多家大型专业辞书。
