姜奇，1956年12月出生中国美术家协会会员，山东美术家协会理事山东油画学会理事，临沂美术家协会副主席，1 级美术师，1978年毕业于曲阜师范大学美术系，1978——1983临沂市艺术馆创作员，1983——1991临沂艺校教师，1989——1991赴澳大利亚留学，1991——2003临沂市艺术馆研讨 馆员现任临沂画院院长，2005年获全国文明 零碎 先进工作者称号。
