旺亲(1928.5—1989.6)别名旺亲拉西，蒙古族，内蒙古昭盟人。擅长油画。1947年在东北鲁迅艺术学院学习，1952年在北京地方 美术学院进修。历任内蒙古画报社编辑。中国美术家协会内蒙古分会副主席。作品有《挤奶员》、《毛主席和各族人民》、《周总理和蒙古族代表》等。
