王恤珠，男，1930年2月出生，山东省烟台市人。教授、1 级美术师。
1954年毕业于地方 美术学院，1957年毕业于苏联专家K?M?马克西莫夫来华举办的油画研讨 班，其后在广州市美术学院任教近二十年，历任广州美术学院油画系教研室主任、讲师。广东画院专业画家。
1985年应美国波士顿马萨诸塞美术学院约请 ，作为客座教授在该院讲学。多次应邀赴美国、加拿大、英国、新加坡、澳门、香港等地举办画展和进行艺术交流。次要 作品有1957年K?M马克西莫夫油画研讨 班创作，大幅油画《待渡》，在当时即获好评，被发表于国内多种刊物及印刷成单幅画并选送参加莫斯科世界青年联欢节画展；1961年应北京文明 部拜托 创作巨幅历史油画《金田起义》，被中国革命博物馆收藏和长时间 陈列。《金田起义》画稿被编入中小学课本并被印成教学挂图。1986年创作《侨乡小渡》为中国美术馆收藏。近年出版有《王恤珠油画全集 》、《王恤珠画集》等四种个人画册。自1985年以来多次举办过大型个人画展，在国画艺术上亦有成就 ，许多油画、国画作品为国内外博物馆、美术馆、画廊及个人收藏。作品还有《薄暮》?等。
