谭智生(1920—)广东云浮人。擅长水彩画、油画。曾随李啸山学习西洋画，毕业于肇庆高级师范学校。历任石岐市民教馆美术部主任、澳门知行中学教师、澳门岭南中学美术教师，并设有画室授画。中国美术家协会会员、澳门美术协会副会长、香港画家联会名誉会长。作品曾在北京、成都、上海、广州和加拿大、日本等地展出。多次在澳门参加展览，1992年曾举行“谭智生水彩回顾展”。1993年获澳门政府颁发文明 功绩勋章。1994年举行澳门专题水彩画展。出版有《澳门情怀》画集。
