郑黎生，男，汉族，1963年出生于山东省青岛市。1990年毕业于山东省青岛教育学院美术系。1993年毕业于地方 美术学院油画进修班。现为中国美术家协会会员、山东油画学会会员、青岛市美术家协会副秘书长、青岛新世纪艺术学校法人校长。
作品多次入选全国、省级美展及出国艺术展并获奖．部分作品被中国首都博物棺及美国、日本、瑞士、新加坡，港澳等艺术机构和个人收藏。代表作品有：《古老的京城．门》系列、《沂蒙粗昼》、《晚清深闺系列》、《静物》、《人物》等。作品《水风车》获第二届全国水彩画、粉画展优秀作品奖；《山娃》入选第八届全国美展、《窗下》入选第四届全国水彩、粉画展。 
前后 被选入《中国当代书画名家作品集》第二卷。《中国古代 书画名家精品润格》及《山东美术家大辞典》等十多部辞典。被国内外三十多个国家和地区的艺术机构及专业团体授予．当代书画艺术家资历 称号。
